OUR CABIN-ESCAPE BUCKET LIST!

 We are all dreaming of getting away after too long being home-bound as a result of the pandemic. It's exciting to start making plans and scouring the internet for places that are equal parts beautiful and relaxing. 

Truth be told, most of our Instagram deep dives involve drooling over A-frames and spending wayy to much time dreaming of all the books we would read and teas we would drink!

Luckily for all of us, there is a growing offering of perfectly appointed cabins that are just waiting to be booked! If you are thinking of a getaway, best to plan far in advance because cabins have become a very popular retreat for travellers.

We wanted to share just a few of our cabin crushes with you because sharing really is caring and we share all of our fav things with our pals. 

Of course we are going to start our list off with Anupaya Cabin Co. in beautiful Deep River, Ontario. Shannon and Pete have managed to pull off the impossible and have transformed this old fishing camp into every nature enthusiasts dream. Picture this, your cabin sits nestled on the beach under towering pine trees overlooking a massive expanse of stunning waterfront. Inside your cabin you will find perfectly curated decor that feels like an updated version of a classic 1950's cottage.

Ever since Ottawa's LD Shoppe featured Wander the Resort in PEC, Ontario on their Instagram stories, we have been all in. We just can't with these stunning nordic design cabins that offer all the amenities and then some. You are going to want to spend your days here lounging by the private beach, enjoying a bonfire or even just hanging inside in your beautiful cabin. Of course, you will have to go out sometime and Prince Edward County has tons to offer in the way of wineries, shops and restaurants.

Only 30 minutes from Quebec City takes you to La cAbin Ride & Sleep in Lac Beauport, Quebec. Perched on top of one of the biggest mountains in the area, you are treated to 360 degree views of this stunning landscape. We could spend forever talking about the outside of this awesome A-Frame, but the inside is equally stunning. It doesn't get more cabin-ey than this wood-clad interior and we are here for it!
